Arsenal FC a club in need of a Revolution

After the shameful 3-4 loss suffered by Arsenal FC in which many fans left earlier before the end of the match in the hands of Liverpool FC there is the need for a wake up call for the club. The Technical and Tactical approach of getting only young players, spending little and expecting more results and performance is destroying the reputation of the club. The glory days of the club cannot be re enacted with the present policy being used by the coach Arsene Wenger. The Bureaucratic Bottleneck and lack of will for pragmatic change is seen as a spanner in the works and ambition of the club. The club is now considered as only good enough to make up the numbers for only Champions League football. The players signed by the club does not reflect the will to challenge for titles and it will be a miracle if any silverware is won with the current players. Leicester City FC who won the last Premier league lost some of their players but have immediately gone to get replacements as they know the Champions League is around the corner. With this in mind, it is difficult to understand why Arsene Wenger the coach is wasting time to get good players since the funds are there and wants to rely on this current crop of players for result knowing that the football season is a marathon and not a sprint. The back line especially is very weak and nothing to write home about and if nothing is done before the transfer window ends, then we should expect a very low performance by the club. The revolution needed by the club has to start now as every club in the Barclays Premier League is ready to battle it out with Arsenal FC. The fans pay so much to watch their club and I feel it is natural and logical to give them what they deserve.
